Shipping & Delivery Policies

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. If you choose to waive signature, please email Niyoomdesigns@gmail.com or call us at 872-333-5022. We offer economy shipping which takes approximately 3-5 days. For orders over $200 we require signature confirmation.

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued. Please note in comment section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.

International Shipping

International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 10-14 business days. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. You will be solely responsible for additional fees charge by the country of destination upon arrival. Niyoom Designs is not responsible for these fees. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.

Delayed Shipping

Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.
** During the holiday season (11/27 – 12/31) you may experience some delays **

Shoe Packaging

Most boots and larger style shoes are packed in our personalized packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped and neatly placed in a sturdy box. Shoe Boxes are not shipped with orders. If you would like to receive the box, please make a note in the comment section (There is an additional charge of $7 to ship the shoe box).
